JDK 7 Updates: Maintainer Delegation Template

Maintainer delegation announcements for JDK 7 Update Project forests MUST be sent to the jdk7u-dev@openjdk.java.net mailing list and SHOULD follow this template:

Subject: $Forest maintainer : $Name

With the body containing:

I'm delegating the maintainer authority for $Forest to $Name.

Instead of delegating the maintainer authority for a whole forest, you can as the forest's maintainer also delegate maintainer authority for just a part of it. In that case, please specify the part the maintainer authority is being delegated for in the announcement e-mail.
